Abstract: ONCE A BANK IS NO LONGER SUBJECT TO REGISTRATION AS A TRANSFER AGENT WITH THE CORPORATION, SECTION 17A(C)(3)(C) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED, PROVIDES THAT THE CORPORATION SHALL CANCEL IT REGISTRATION. THE FORM IS TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ACTION BY THE FDIC.
