Terms of Clearance: The monthly report of number of employees and the quarterly report of employees, service, and compensation are approved for use through 12/86. The annual report as prescribed in ICC Docket No. 37025 is approved for use through 12/84 only. If the annual report is resubmitted for OMB approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act, the justification statement must include a detailed response to the issues raised in the October 11, 1983 Petition for Modification which the Association of American Railroads filed in ICC Docket No. 37025.
