Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES AN FCU INVESTIGATING IN LOANS TO NON-MEMBER CREDIT UNIONS TO OBTAIN: A CURRENT FINANCIAL REPORT, A CERTIFIED RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUCH BORROWING, AND A STATEMENT FROM THE CREDIT UNION THAT ITS NEGOTIATING PERSONS ARE AUTHORIZED TO DO SO AND THAT THE AMOUNT DOES NOT EXCEED AUTHORIZED BORROWINGS.
