Abstract: TVA MUST PROCURE EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES TO FULFILL ITS STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS. THIS ACTIVITY MUST BE CONDUCTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH A VARIETY OF APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS.
