Abstract: THIS FORM WILL BE FILLED OUT BY PROSPECTIVE JOB APPLICANTS PRIOR TO OR AT THE TIME THEY ARE TESTED. THE DA-263 CONSOLIDATES THE ADVERTISING BROCHURE, THE WORK EXPERIENCE INFORMATION AND THE APPLICATION FORM. THE COMBINING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF INFORMATION INTO ONE FORM WILL MORE EFFICIENTLY AND ECONOMICALLY SERVE OUR STAFFING NEEDS.
