Abstract: WHEN U.S. PURCHASERS ACQUIRE COMMODITIES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES WITH THE INTENTION OF RESELLING THEM ABROAD, THEY MUST SUBMIT A LETTER TO THE OFFICE OF EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ASKING FOR APPROVAL TO MAKE A TRIANGULAR TRANSACTION.
