Abstract: THE FINAL RULEMAKING PROVIDES MINIMUM SITE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOKR ONSHORE FEDERAL AND INDIAN (EXCEPT OSAGE) OIL AND GAS LEASES IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THEFT OF CRUDE OIL. THIS REQUEST COVERS SUBMISSION OF FACILITY DIAGRAMS PREVIOUSLY REQUIRED AND PREPARATION OF SITE SECURITY PLANS TO BE MAINTAINED.
