EACH OF THE TWO CONTRACTORS CONDUCTING FOCUS GROUPS SHOULD SHARE IN THE FINDINGS OF THE OTHER.

Abstract: CONTRACTOR (RESPONSE ANALYSIS) WILIL DONCUDT STUDY FOR IRS (INCLUDING QUESTIONNAIRES, INTERVIEWS AND FOCUS TESTING) TO DETERMINE TAXPAYER AND PRACTITIONER ATTITUDES AND SUGGESTIONS TOWARD FEDERAL PAPERWORK BURDEN.
