Abstract: A PERMIT APPLICANT MAY REQUEST THAT THE PROCESSING OF ONE PERMIT APPLICATION BE CONSOLIDATED WITH APPLICATIONS. UNDER OTHER PERMIT PROGRAMS THIS WILL ALLOW ONE JOINT DRAFT PERMIT, COMMENT PERIOD AND ONE PUBLIC HEARING RATHER THAN SEVERAL.
