Abstract: THE BIENNIAL REPORT IS BEING REQUESTED TO COMPLY WITH STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. THE BIENNIAL REPORT COLLECTS INFORMATION ON LOCATION, AMOUNT, AND DESCRIPTION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE HANDLED. IT IS BEING COLLECTED IN ORDER TO DEFINE THE POPULATION OF THE REGULATED COMMUNITY AND EXPAND THE AGENCY'S DATA BASE FOR RULEMAKING PURPOSES.
