Abstract: THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT REQUIRES THAT ANYONE WHO MANUFACTURES PROCESSES, OR DISTRIBUTES PCBS MUST PETITION EPA FOR AN EXEMPTION. EPA'S RULES GOVERNING EXEMPTIONS PROVIDE THAT EPA MAY REQUIRE THE THE EXEMPTION PETITIONER TO SUBMIT CERTAIN INFORMATION. THIS REQUEST IS FOR APPROVAL TO COLLECT THAT INFORMATION.
