Abstract: REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS ARE ADDRESSED BY THIS SUBMISSION. THERE ARE ENFORCEMENT AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE INTERMODAL CONTAINERS CONFORM TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIO FOR SAFE CONTAINERS.
