Abstract: 46 USC 7315, THIS REQUIREMENTS ENSURES THAT CERTAIN TRAINING SCHOOLS APPLY TO THE COAST GUARD FOR APPROVAL OF THE CURRICULA AND FACULTY. THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ENSURE A MINIMUM LEVEL OF TRAINING IN LIEU OF A EXAMINATION OR SEA EXPERIENCE.
