IN ADDITION, HUD IS TO PROVIDE ALL USERS OF THE LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL WITH A STATEMENT INDICATING THE OMB CONTROL NUMBER FOR THE ADDITIONAL MATERIALS REQUIRED TO ACCOMPANY THE LETTER.
