Abstract: THE MULTI-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN (MYDP) WILL PROVIDE A PLANNING FRAMEWORK WITHIN WHICH STATE/LOCAL GOVERNMENTS CAN SCHEDULE AND TARGET FUNDING FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AIMED AT IMPROVING EXISTING EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY. THE MYDP WILL PROVIDE FEMA WITH CONSISTENT DAT NATIONWIDE FOR SETTING PRIORITIES, ALLOCATING RESOURCES, AND JUSTIFYING BUDGET REQUESTS.
