ON ISSUES AFFECTING U.S. TRADE POSITION. DATA COLLECTED THROUGH
QUESTIONNAIRES HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON TRADE OF
THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS OF THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
