THESE DATA ARE USED BY CONGRESS, OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES, INDUSTRY, PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES AND FOUNDATIONS, STATES, UNIVERSITIES, THE PRESS, INTERNATIONAL GROUPS, AND NSF.
