Abstract: THE COMMERCE PRODUCTIVITY CENTER FILLS REQUESTS FROM BUSINESSMENT AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS FOR PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT INFORMATION ON AN "AS REQUESTED" BASIS. A SIMPLE QUESTIONNAIRE CONTAINING 7 QUESTIONS IS SENT OUT WITH EACH PACKAGE OF INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTARY REPLY.
