Abstract: ANY INDIVIDUAL FIRM, DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN GOVERNMENT FUNCTION OR ANY OTHER AGENCY THATMAKES INTO-PLANE FUEL SALES TO USAF AIRCRAFT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE NAME OF THE PAYEE, ADDRESS TO MAIL PAYMENT, TYPE AND QUANTITY OF PRODUCT SOLD, UNIT AND TOTAL PRICE IN THE INVOICE AND TO PROVIDE THE AIR FORCE WITH A SIGNED INVOICE, FOR PAYMENT.
