Abstract: BECAUSE ALCOHOL IS CONTAINED IN THE PRODUCTS THEY PRODUCE, VFFC MANUFACTURERS ARE REGULATED TO PREVENT DIVERSION OF ALCOHOL TO UNTAXPA BEVERAGE USE. RECORDS REQUIRED ARE USUAL AND CUSTOMARY BUSINESS RECORDS OF RECEIPT AND TRANSFER. ALLOWS ATF TO AUDIT TRANSACTIONS, PROTECTS TAX REVENUES.
