Abstract: IMPORTERS OF DISTILLED SPIRITS, WINES AND BEER MUST MAINTAIN RECORDS SHOWING THE RECEIPT AND DISPOSITION OF THE LIQUORS. IN ADDITION, IMPORTERS OF DISTILLED SPIRITS MUST KEEP RECORDS OF THE STRIP STAMPS REQUIRED ON EACH BOTTLE. RECORDS ENABLE ATF TO TRACE LIQUORS. PROVIDES ACCOUNTABILITY AND PROTECTS REVENUE.
