TO MONITOR THE VIABILITY OF THE DOMESTIC URANIUM MINING AND MILLING
INDUSTRY PURSUANT TO THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ACT OF 1983.
DATA WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED, BUT WILL BE ANALYZED AND USED AS INPUT
TO ANNUAL REPORTS TO THE CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT. DATA ARE
COLLECTED FROM CURRENT URANIUM MINING/MILLING FIRMS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
