Abstract: DATA COLLECTED ON EIA-851 ARE NEEDED TO MONITOR THE VIABILITY OF THE DOMESTIC URANIUM MINING AND MILLING INDUSTRY PURSUANT TO THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ACT OF 1983. DATA WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED, BUT WILL BE ANALYZED AND USED AS INPUT TO ANNUAL REPORTS TO THE CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT. DATA ARE COLLECTED FROM CURRENT URANIUM MINING/MILLING FIRMS.
