Abstract: EPA REQUIRES FOREIGN PURCHASERS OF UNREGISTERED PESTICIDES TO SIGN A STATEMENT ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE PESTICIDE IS UNREGISTERED AND CANNOT BE SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES. EPA SENDS A COPY OF THE STATEMEN TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE IMPORTING COUNTRY FOR ANY NECESSARY ACTION.
