Abstract: THE AGENCY WILL CONDUCT ONE-TIME INTERVIEWS WITH THE EPA REGIONS, STATES AND HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITIES TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF THE RCRA INTERIM STATUS GROUNDWATER MONITORING PROGRAM. THE AGENCY WILL USE INFORMATION TO HELP SOLVE PROBLEMS AND INCONSISTENCIES WITHIN THE PROGRAM.
