TO BE ACCEPTED, AN INDEPENDEN LABORATORY MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING ITS OWNERSHIP, EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION, AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL.
