Abstract: THE PROGRAM MANAGER NEEDS TO COLLECT INFO. FROM THE EVENTUAL USERS OF THE SYSTEM - THE FLYING PUBLIC, TO GAUGE THE DEGREE OF USER ACCEPTANCE AND DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE SYSTEM FOR OPERATIONAL USE. THE RESULTS OF COLLECTING THIS DATA WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION THAT IS CRUCIAL TO THE ULTIMATE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM.
