Abstract: A TENANT SELECTION AND ASSIGNMENT PLAN MUST BE DEVELOPED BY ALL RECIPIENTS OPERATING LOW-RENT FEDERALLY ASSISTED HOUSING TO ASSIGN ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS TO DWELLINGS. MOST OF THE RECIPIENTS HAVE EXISTIN PLANS, A SMALL NUMBER OF THESE PLANS MUST BE REVISED ANNUALLY.
