Abstract: THIS HUD FORM IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO TAXES SO RECORDS CAN BE ESTABLISHED AND PAYMENT MADE IMMEDIATELY. THE FORM CAN ALSO BE USED TO VERIFY THE LAST TAXES PAID WHEN THE MORTGAGEE'S CLAIM IS REVIEWED FOR INSURANCE BENEFITS.
