Abstract: THE AGREEMENT FOR STORING MATERIAL OFF-SITE IS NEEDED TO PERMIT A CONTRACTOR TO BE PAID FOR MATERIALS ACQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT A PROJECT AND STORED OFF THE BUILDING SITE IN AN APPROVED FACILITY. A COPY OF T EXECUTED AGREEMENT IS SUBMITTED TO THE PHA BY THE CONTRACTOR WITH A REQUEST FOR PERIODIC PAYMENT--AND A COPY IS SUBMITTED TO HUD FOR POST REVIEW WITH THE PERIOD PAYMENT PACKAGE.
