Abstract: WHERE TENANTS BEING EVICTED HAS GRIEVANCE HEARING, PHA CANNOT ISSUE NOTICE TO VACATE UNTIL HEARING OFFICER HAS ISSUED DECISION IN FAVOR OF PHA. THIS IS PROTECTION OF TENANTS RIGHT TO HAVE GRIEVANCE HEARING BEFORE TAKEN TO COURT TO BE EVICTED. AFFECTS PHAS AND THOSE TENANTS BEING EVICTED AFTER GRIEVANCE HEARING. ELIMINATED IN PROPOSED RULE PUBLISHED FR 12/13/82.
