Abstract: THE GENERAL CONDITIONS ARE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS INCORPORATED INTO THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CONVENTIONAL PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS. THE FORM IS REVIEWED AND AMENDED BY THE PROJECT ARCHITECT, IS REVIEWED BY THE PHA AND SUBMITTED TO HUD FOR APPROVAL. THE APPROVED, AMENDED FORM IS INCORPORATED INTO BIDDING DOCUMENTS AND THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
