Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (PL 93-383, 88 STAT 633). SUBMITTED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY REGULATING APPROVAL OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. NEEDED BY HUD TO OBTAIN DATA UPON WHICH TO DETERMINE FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE CAPABILITY AND CERTIFICATION THAT PROJECT AND SITE WILL BE DEVELOPED TO STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS.
