Abstract: SURVEY DATA IS NEEDED FOR DETERMINING APPROPRIATE LEVELS OF SPECIAL PA FOR VA PHYSICIANS AND DENTISTS UNDER PUBLIC LAW 96-330. DEMOGRAPHIC, EMPLOYMENT AND COMPENSATION DATA WILL BE COLLECTED FROM INDIVIDUAL PHYSICIANS AND DENTISTS IN VARIOUS EMPLOYMENT SETTINGS (I.E., HOSPITAL UNIFORM SERVICES, HMOS AND MEDICAL SCHOOLS) AND FROM CERTAIN HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS.
