Abstract: THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS PART OF THE "SAFETY FOR OLDER CONSUMERS" INFORMATION CAMPAIGN. THIS "SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE" WILL BE USED TO SELECT OLDER CONSUMERS WHO EXPRESS INTEREST IN HAVING THEIR HOMES AUDITED FOR SAFETY. ANSWERS TO THESE SCREENING QUESTIONS WILL ALLOW CPSC TO IDENTIFY APPROXIMATELY 2,000 HOMES WHICH HAVE REQUESTED AND WILL PEMRIT SAFETY AUDITS.
