Abstract: SECTION 74.784 LOW POWER TV AND TV TRANSLATOR STATIONS SHALL NOT BROADCAST ANOTHER BROADCAST STATION'S PROGRAMS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF ORIGINATING STATION AND NOTIFICATION TO FCC ALONG WITH CERTIFICATIO OF REBROADCAST APPROVAL. THIS RULE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 325(A) OF THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT.
