Abstract: SEC. 74.551 REQUIRES THAT AURAL BROADCAST STL AND INTERCITY RELAY STATIONS NOTIFY THE COMMISSION OF EQUIPMENT CHANGES PROMPTLY AFTER COMPLETION EXCEPT WHEN FORMAL APPLICATION MUST BE FILED. THIS NOTIFICATION IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH 1.65 OF THE FCC RULES AND ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST IS BEING SERVED AND GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
