Abstract: RULE REQUIRES APPLICANTS PROPOSING TO LOCATE TRANSMITTERS NEAR CERTAIN SENSITIVE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED RADIO RECEIVING SITES TO NOTIFY THESE FACILITIES. THIS REQUIREMENT IS NECESSARY IS NECESSAR TO PROTECT THESE SENSITIVE SITES FROM INTERFERENCE.
