granted through March 1984 for all information collections
conducted by USIA as part of its procurement procedures that are
not otherwise approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act. Approval
is granted with the understanding that USIA wil submit a separate
proposal for each information collection that will be require by
USIA's procurement procedures in addition to those specified in the
new Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), in time for the April 1,
1984 FAR implementation date.
