Abstract: PANELISTS PROVIDE CRITICAL EVALUATION AND COMPARATIVE RATINGS OF COMPETING APPLICATIONS FOR SMALL RESEARCH TRAVEL GRANTS. THE INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO INSURE EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION OF AVAILABLE GRANTS FUNDS TO APPROPRIATE PROJECTS.
