Abstract: SBA IS CONDUCTING A STUDY OF SUBCONTRACTING. THE RESEARCH IS TO DETERMINE HOW SUBCONTRACTING VARIES BY AGENCY, SIZE OF BUSINESS AND SIZE OF CONTRACT. DATA WILL BE TAKEN FROM SF294 FOR LARGER CONTRACTS TO LARGE FIRMS. DATA FOR ALL OTHER CONTRACTS WILL BE OBTAINED THROUGH A TELEPHONE SURVEY.
