Abstract: RESPONDENTS ARE WOODSY OWL MERCHANDISE LICENSEES. THEY REPORT SALES QUANTITIES AND VALUE OF LICENSED WOODSY OWL MERCHANDISE QUARTERLY. THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO BILL LICENSEES FOR ROYALTY FEES DUE, AND DETERMINE WHETHER LICENSEES MEET GUARANTEED QUANTITY OBJECTIVES OF MERCHANDISE DISTRIBUTED TO THE PUBLIC.
