Abstract: THIS REQUEST IS FOR APPROVAL OF NEW REPORTING FORMS FOR THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN. THEY ARE PROPOSED BECAUSE OF THE NEED FOR MORE ACCURATE AND COMPLETE FINANCIAL AND PROGRAMMATIC DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVED PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTS TO CONGRESS, OMB AND THE PUBLIC.
