Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS IN 30 CFR 250.70 AND 250.80 AR NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24 OF THE OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF LANDS ACT. THE INFORMATION GENERALLY ENABLES MMS TO PROCESS CIVIL PENALTY CASES IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND IS REQUIRED OF ANY LESSEE OR PERMITTEE WHO ELECTS TO PURSUE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF CITED VIOLATIONS.
