Abstract: RECORD SHOWS DETAILS OF DAILY BOTTLING OPERATIONS. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT IS NEEDED TO COMPUTE THE AMOUNT OF EXCISE TAXES TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE TREASURES OF PUERTO RICO AND THE VIRGIN ISLANDS ON BULK SPIRITS RECEIVED IN THE U.S. FROM THEM, AND ON BULK RUM IMPORTED FROM ALL OTHER COUNTRIES.
