Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED IF A CONSIGNEE OF MERCHANDISE WITHDRAWN FROM A BOND WAREHOUSE FOR TRANSPORTATION WISHES TO PAY DUTY AND OBTAIN POSSESSION OF THE MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION. THIS IS A RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENT PURSUANT TO 19 CFR 162.1C WITH A RETENTION PERIOD OF 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ENTRY OF THE MERCHANDISE.
