Abstract: PERMITTEE MAY REQUEST A WAIVER FORM NONVONVENTIONAL POLLUTANT STANDARD BY SUBMITTING TECHNICAL DATA ON THE EFFLUENT AND RECEIVING WATERS. THE PERMIT AUTHORITY MAY GRANT THE WIAVER IF IT DETERMINESE THAT WATER QUALITY IS MAINTAINED AND THAT A BALANCED POPULATION OF FISH AND WILDLIFE IS PROTECTED.
