Abstract: THE FRA AND MTB USE THIS INFORMATION TO ASCERTAIN THAT TANK CAR TANKS USED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS SET FORTH IN THE REGULATIONS AND WILL BE SAFE TO USE IN THE TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.
