Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS IN 49 CFR 175.85(C)(2), 175.32 (B)(2) AND (6), 175.320(C)(1)(2) AND (4)(II), 175.32(A), 175.700(B) AN 175.45 INVOLVE TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BY AIRCRAFT AND A CRITICAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS WHICH ENSURE THAT PROPER REGULATORY PROCEDURES ARE BEING COMPLIED WITH. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR T SAFETY OF PASSENGERS, CREWMEMBERS, GROUND-HANDLING PERSONNEL, AIRCRAFT AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
