Abstract: UNDER THE UNIV. AFFILIATION PROGRAM, USIA OFFERS FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN U.S. AND NON-U.S. COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES.
