Terms of Clearance: Approval is granted on the condition that the following revisions are made to the subject ITC questionnaire (OMB No. 3117-0128). (1) The Product Definitions/Reporting Instructions shall be revised per draft submitted by ITC at the 1/26/84 meeting. (2) A paragraph shall be inserted under "general instructions" on the first page to read: If information is not readily available from your records in exactly the form requested, furnish carefully prepared estimates designated by the sign "E." Any necessary comments for explanations should be supplied in the space provided or on separate sheets attache to this questionnaire. (3) Under "general instructions" the return date of the completed questionnaire to the ITC should be revised to read "March 14, 1984 instead of March 1, 1984." (4) Section III (Net Delivered Prices) of the Perspective Purchasers questionnaire shall be entirely delegated. (5) Section III (Net Delivered Prices) of the Purchasers questionnaire should be revised to read "to report the largest purchase for each item for each year instead of three largest purchases."
